Hsinchu

He's already working again early morning!!

My breakfast! Basically I think I had these for breakfast most days & as tea time too...my favorite!
Jones went for hotel buffet breakfast, but he didn't have much coz his stomach wasn't feeling too well yet.

Checking out what's outside the hotel.

Hmm...As Jones is going to work, basically its my own time own target...
Decided to go gym after my breakfast. Healthy start for the day. Managed to visit the gym daily during my stay there.

 Nice changing room.

Jacuzzi. Its indoor...never use it...prefer outdoor ones...

Sauna. Never use it too.

View of the hotel during the day. It does not look impressive from outside, but its great inside. Really like this hotel alot.

The street outside the hotel.

Waiting for the public bus to bring me downtown for shopping. Our hotel is basically located in the science park area which has nothing much much to shop except for food.

The black column screen shows the next station which the bus is stopping at. In Chinese & English.

Hsinchu downtown

Inside the bus. Reminds me of the buses in Malaysia.

Sogo
Hsinchu has almost all the major cafes & fast food restaurants such as Starbucks, Mcdonald's, KFC to cater to the large population of expats staying there.

Saw this place with a long queue and decided to have my lunch here. Came back the next day again too :).

First, you have to queue to order and pay from the lady with the red headscarf. Then you take a seat with your receipt & the food will be send to you. I didn't know it initially & was just standing there with the others until at some point I realized that they have already ordered and are waiting for their takeaway.

The menu's on the wall, though I don't understand a word coz everything's in chinese

Shrimp dumpling tanghoon soup!! Yummy & healthy!!!

Taking a break from the hot sun

The baos & mantous look so good

Ching Shin Fu Chuan Tea Station (bubble tea) is widely available in Hsinchu & Taipei
Pin lang mei

"Pin-Lang" girl. The 2 shops are side by side, with the girls scantily dressed. One of the girl saw me taking pics & quickly went to the back.
