The dry noodle is equally tasty.

Some of my purchases for the day

Jones finally have time to meet me for dinner. Found the soybean & dumpling place that I have been wanting to eat but couldn't find when we're in Taipei. Busy eating that I forgot to take a pic of the steam dumplings, which we devoured immediately when it arrived.

Hot & sour soup

Soybean milk

The place is air-conditioned, bright and clean. Its a franchise, saw that they have a few shops in Taipei too.
Guo tie - fried dumpling
After dumplings, we went to another shop for soup & minced meat rice.

Pick up your own cutleries from the drawer

Can't remember what soup this is...think it is white carrot soup given the looks of it

"Ru rou fan" - minced meat rice, chicken meat
Think the pork minced meat would be nicer, but the chicken one also not bad.

tasty stock that accompany the rice

Fried chicken cutlets
After having not eaten much for the past few days, Jones appetite suddenly improved tremendously when he recovered. After that he still went to "tapao" fried chicken cutlets...and his favourite juices & tea...

Settling for the night, happy after all the food and snacks :)
